There are 15 chapters in Moorings – Embracing the Grounds We Have Embarked Upon. Every chapter has a different focus, but all chapters create an unique awareness and consciousness, which ask us to pay attention to the signposts on our journey. In a way we all need to discover our own “moorings” as we proceed through life. On this website we will discover what these signposts are. Throughout the book I am giving examples of my own journey of heightened awareness. Our sensitivity helps us to become conscious of our deeper essence and the One humanity and the world we are part of.
When we are thus aligned we become aware that even our thoughts are actions. A chapter in my book Moorings carries that very title: “Thoughts Are Actions.” Parts of that chapter are entered here on this website as an open discussion and feedback of your own personal experiences of mindfulness.
